Una calumnia de receta... Ni es pasta, ni se hace en olla express. Fácil, rápido y sano. El bueno-bonito-barato del día.
  1. Lavamos bien el calabacín y con el pelador sacamos lascas como tallarines anchos.
  2. Las introducimos en agua hirviendo con bastante sal.
  3. Las sacamos a los 20-30 segundos.
  4. Añadimos zumo de limón, aceite de oliva, almendras laminadas, hojas de albahaca picadas y parmesano rallado.
  • Cuando pongamos el agua a hervir hay que salarla bastante.
  • Es muy importante respetar el tiempo de cocción del calabacín para que quede al dente.
