Viva la tapa... ¡Viva! Qué gran placer cuando te pides una cerveza y sin previo aviso el camarero te trae una vianda bien jugosa. No te lo esperas, pero tu stomako sí. Tendría que ser decreto ley, o venir en el Convenio de Hostelería y Chiringuitos varios. Siempre con la cerveza irá una tapa.
  1. Añadimos brandy, sal y las especias que nos apetezcan y lo dejamos macerar en la nevera al menos 24 horas.
  1. Con la carne macerada hacemos pequeñas albondiguillas con las manos.
  2. Enharinamos, pasamos por huevo y rebozamos con el sésamo molido.
  3. Freímos unos 3 minutos para que nos quede crujiente por fuera y jugoso por dentro. El tiempo dependerá del grosor de nuestras albóndigas.
  4. Al sacarlas de la freidora las ponemos sobre papel absorbente para que suelten el exceso de aceite.
Grande el cocinero Manuel Luengo. Maestro de fogones que nos deleitó con esta tapa mientras rodábamos otra receta. Impresionante el restaurante Carlos V, en Losar de la Vera, Cáceres.

  • Carne picada macerada (lo explicamos más abajo). Puede ser de cerdo o ternera.
  • Sésamo tostado y negro
  • Harina
  • Huevo
  • Sal
  • Aceite para freír (preferiblemente de oliva)
  • Brandy

    Amazon Customer^The is a children’s shirt. This was by far the worst purchase I have ever made on amazon. It doesn’t fit me whatsoever and the logo is faded and not printed well. Complete rip off. This shirt would not even fit my 13 year old brother. Whoever sent this shirt out deserves zero happiness in life and I wish the absolute worst for them as they essentially ripped me of 19 dollars and handed me a shirt so small its only use became as a rag. The image quality is mediocre to low – like the original was scanned&#44 and this was printed from it. The item appeared to ship directly from mainland China&#44 took over a month to arrive. Looks like I’m out $14.00 as their storefront is completely blank and they have multiple complaints against them. Again&#44 buyers beware. When she wore it the first time it was a little smaller than she normally wares and I am afraid when it is washed she will not be able to wear it any more.
