En una de las últimas escapadas del verano nos fuimos para Menorca a descansar unos días. Aprovechando el viaje fuimos a conocer a Elka, que tiene un blog increíblemente apetecible, sano y saludable llamado Lalakitchen. Una pasada. Os iremos descubriendo más cositas sobre Elka y su manera de entender la cocina, hoy os dejamos con unas chips de calabacín maceradas con chimichurri, un vicio tremendo. Os aconsejamos hacer una cantidad ingente de chips, incluso experimentar con otras verduras, y así aprovechar el gasto energético del horno.
  1. Lavar bien el calabacín y cortarlo en rodajas de 2 o 3 mm.
  2. Poner todos los ingredientes del macerado en un bol, mezclarlas bien y añadir las rodajas de calabacín.
  3. Con las manos bien limpias y con mucho cuidado, mezclamos bien las rodajas con el macerado para asegurarnos de que todas quedan bien impregnadas.
  4. Tapamos y dejamos reposar en la nevera toda la noche.
  5. Calentar el horno a 100º
  6. Colocarlas en la bandeja del horno con una lámina de papel encerado.
  7. Estarán mas o menos 5 h con el horno encendido por arriba y por abajo, la primera hora la puerta cerrada y el resto con la puerta abierta unos 5 dedos para que no se quemen.

Ingredientes

  • 2-3 calabacines grandes
  • 3 cucharadas de vinagre de sidra natural y sin filtrar
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 2 cucharadas de ajo deshidratado granulado
  • 2 cucharadas de cebolla deshidratada seco granulado
  • ½ cucharita de orégano
  • ½ cucharita de albahaca
  • ½ cucharita de eneldo
  • ½ cucharadita de pimentón dulce
  • ½ cucharadita de sal

Utensilios

  • Mandolina
  • Horno o deshidratadora

Besides the flag the hat is very well made and a good quality.     Laura Thompson^The shirt is okay&#44 but the printing is obviously cheap and it isn’t licensed. The particular seller who sent it sent it from China though&#44 so that is to be expected. I like it&#44 but the little thing that says “The Beatles” on it is extremely small and it’s like it’s not even there. Take this review with a grain of salt I suppose. I have a 23in head (translates to 7 3/8) and the cap fits fine; there seems to be at least a good inch or two more play in the hat.
